Certificate warnings on iOS typically mean your device clock is incorrect — check Settings → General → Date & Time and set to automatic. Web users experiencing slow load times should clear browser cache (Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data) and check your internet speed. If the APK fails to download, disable ad blockers or firewall software that may intercept the file. Data, Permissions, and Account Security on situsplay

Our Android app requests permissions to access your photos (for KYC document uploads), contacts (for recovery options), and internet connection. We do not share these permissions with third parties. Your password and account session are encrypted in transit and at rest. The APK does not track location or install tracking software. iOS and web users follow the same security practices — HTTPS encryption on all requests, no background data collection, and automatic session timeout after inactivity.
